Hi,
I am having trouble with unaliasing peaks. I have a set of
crosspeaks picked and assigned to a resonance & that resonance is
assigned. The peaks are in a strip of an aliased 3D 13C HCCH_TOCSY and
somehow I had unaliased three of them, but not the 4th before assigning
the to the appropriate carbon resonance/atom (quite how I managed to get
the assignment onto the 4th without unaliasing first, I'm not sure!).
When I went back in to fix the 4th peak and unaliased it, the aliasing
values of the other three peaks stared going haywire. Deassigning the
crosspeaks allows me to fix everything before reassigning.
I'm guessing you are doing some sanity checking on aliasing, and
that when one crosspeak from a resonance in a given spectrum is unaliased,
then its compadres follow? If so, I think the reasoning behind it could
do with an audit.
