Colleagues,
Here is the round-up for September. Some signs of life after the summer
break, but still a little slow - maybe people are focussing on the HCI
Group
Annual Conference in Leeds (6-10 Sep) http://www.bcs-hci.org.uk/hci2004/
.
Information about other conferences can be found on UsabilityNews
http://www.usabilitynews.com/ . A quick peek ahead suggests that branch
activities will pick up in October.
I hope this information is useful to you and would welcome any
suggestions.
If people send me details of other regional events or local
organisations
and networks, I would be happy to include them. Please include 'Regional
Roundup' in the subject line.
Be seeing you.
Daniel Cunliffe (BHCIG-BCS regional liaison).
