Apparently heroin is sometimes cut with antipsychotic drugs such as
haloperidol. I have see this reaction in a young man who was quite open
about having taken heroin the day before and adamant that he hadn't
taken anything else. Settled within minutes of im procyclidine and
didn't recur within couple of hours observation.
