Upon recompiling PRM (and all the libraries that depend on it, and KAPPA)
THRESH now works properly. So good news then, ORAC-DR can successfully
reduce an array test frame!
Now if only I could get CCDPACK and FIGARO compiled so I can do some real
pipeline testing. How's FIGARO coming along, anyhow?
