The Policy Press team will be attending the SPA conference next week
and we are seeking to commission research, policy, practice and
teaching books in the following areas:
- social policy and social welfare
- health and social care
- social work
- communities, regeneration, urban and regional policy
- international and comparative policy
- poverty and social exclusion/inclusion
- crime, criminal justice and criminal policy
- social research methods and evaluation issues
- policy process and implementation
If you have any book, report or journal proposals you would like to
discuss please call us on the numbers below or e-mail to make an
appointment. You can also come to the stand and arrange a
time with Ann Moore. We will be available from 2.00pm Tuesday 13th to
2.00pm Thursday 15th July and will be hosting the Publisher's
Reception on Tuesday evening.
Do also come and see the new titles on The Policy Press stand including
the latest three releases in the SPA/TPP Understanding Welfare series
which we are launching at the conference.
