Dictionary Online, Scottish Screen, Scottish Cultural Portal, Virtual NLS

DATE: Wednesday, September 15th 2004
TIME: 13.30-16:30
SYNOPSIS: The seminar will provide an opportunity for delegates to learn
more about the wealth of Scottish digital content now freely available, and
discuss future management and resourcing issues.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The event is aimed at library staff across the sectors,
both planners and practitioners, also archivists, museum staff and others
with an interest in Scotland's heritage.
COST: This is a free seminar.

SYNOPSIS: The seminar will provide an opportunity for delegates to learn
more about print on demand (PoD), producing high quality printed documents
on demand, to discover the benefits and pitfalls from colleagues who are
already using print on demand, and to consider future developments.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The event is aimed at all who are interested in print
on demand, especially staff working in HE and research libraries,
publishers and academics.
COST: This is a free seminar.
