Research Associate Post
The successful candidate will work with Dr Dan Goodley on a ESRC-funded project
critically examining the processes and meanings elicited in the provision of
care for babies born with physical, sensory and ‘mental’ impairments, as they
move from antenatal and post-natal care into longer-term primary and social
care support. Candidates should have a good first degree and/or relevant
postgraduate research experience, and have qualitative methods research
training in a relevant area of the social sciences (e.g. psychology, sociology,
social policy or disability studies). Further details of the project are
