Thanks to Andy for raising these issues and to the rest of the SIG for
contributing to the discussion. I'm on the road rather a lot at the
moment so I haven't been able to devote as much attention to these
issues as I would like. However I'll try to address some of the
comments over the next couple of days. Please keep these debates going
and I will ensure that all your comments and suggestions are taken on
