Dear all,
I am trying to gather ideas/ material/ resources about "supervision" from
a community psychology perspective. The literature on supervision tends to
be about counselling or therapeutic endeavours, and there are some helpful
sources looking for example at power and diversity in this context. But
I'm also looking for ideas that might challenge my clinical psychologist
assumptions about supervision - eg thinking about how we manage/
support/empower/ evaluate students, community members and ourselves when
taking a non-expert position regarding community psychology interventions
empowerment/facilitation/ community development.
Does anyone have any ideas or resources to suggest?
Thanks,
Annie
