Hi Rachel,
Sorry I'm not Lyn! But I can help you with this question. As Lyn
suggested, hit reply so all the information comes up about who sent the
email when. Then if you just select, or highlight with your cursor, the
email you want to copy (you can also press the control and A key at the
same time to select the whole email), and then either select copy from
under the email edit menu, or hold down control and C at the same time
to copy the text to the windows clipboard - which then makes the text
available to other applications, like N6. When you return to N6 you
will find under the documents menu an option to create a document from
clipboard text (I think it says something like, import clipboard text as
document)- just select that to make your document (which will come up as
'new document' in your documents explorer as its default name).
Later on, if you want to copy information from N6 to other applications
such as word, just highlight and control C - and then in word select
paste from the edit menu, or control and V - which is another handy use
of the windows clipboard (particularly around report writing time...).
Hope that helps,
Rebekah
