Hi
I must say this has been a personal inteest of mine for a long time. Like
most people that question true motives of organization like the world bank.
Its diconserting that it want to do this. I 'm concern especially by the
way the questions below are phrased. If I look at these from a economic
model this sound like the response are aimed at seeing the target group as
an extra burden, loss to the bottom line, instead as a gain to the human
race. Its scary.
Let see if I can clarity my point:
your question: What (if any) are the additional costs of making new school
and health clinic
construction accessible?
My version: What benefits would be gain by building every new new school and
health clinic
accessible?
As The UD (Ron Mace) intent intent would puts it construting the
enviroment to fits 99 to 100 % of the population is both marktable idea and
a human gain. Bottom like UD works. for capital and society.
