Had me going for a while there, but the problem turned out to be simple.
If you "mk clean" before "mk export_run" then the extractor binary is
deleted (this used to be the name of the directory that extractor was
built in, needed to change that during the latest track of the SExtractor
source).
I've put a new version of EXTRACTOR in /release.
