Summary: Caps lock gives GAIA difficulties
Product: GAIA
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: GAIA
AssignedTo: [log in to unmask]
ReportedBy: [log in to unmask]
QAContact: [log in to unmask]
If you use GAIA's "pick object" functionality when caps lock is turned on, it
fails. The zoomed display in the Pick Object window fails to update, and when
you click on an object it reports back "Can't do". Without caps lock on, the
same object is detected.
Also just noticed that if you have caps lock on and twirl the mouse around an
image, nothing updates. Coordinates don't update, zoom window doesn't update.
Turning caps lock off restores functionality without a problem.
This occurs for GAIA 2.7-3 and 2.6-14, both under RH9 running KDE 3.1 and Gnome 1.4.
