Subject: history of disability discrimination in education
Hi, Paul it's Claudia. We're heading up an amicus effort in the Pace
rehearing in the 5th Circuit. This is about, in part, whether after Lane
Title II is constitutional as applied to discrimination in public education.
Thus, we need to collect information about the history of disability
discrimination in education in the United States generally (and in Louisiana
specifically). Any ideas? This is kind of on a rush basis. Claudia
