Tim,
Leaving aside whether this is good use of a programmers' meeting,
and even assuming optimal conditions (availability of suitable hardware,
not spending 2 hours setting up the network and video conferencing,
people adapting quickly to an unfamiliar working environment)
my experience so far does not lead me to believe that 4 hours of
everyone's time is likely to get CCDPACK or KAPPA working.
I acknowledge that you've done at least as much of the autoconfing
as I have though, so if you think it can maybe I'm wrong.
