Hi Cathey:
Would you mind getting back to me if you receive any of the information
you've requested? I am working on a global rollout of the Document
Management Program to the UK and other international locations around the
world for Campbell Soup Company. If I could get a hold on retention
schedules that focus on company documents (food manufacturing in
particular) this would be great. One of the problems I have encountered is
that there is no specific location on the web that has this type of
information. Please let me know if you have nay ideas.

Hello,
I wondered if anyone has produced a list of retentions for records, from
the following Acts.
Limitation Act 1980
Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
Latent Damage Act 1986
Consumer Protection Act 1987
Civil Evidence Act 1995
Value Added Tax Act 1994
Companies Act 1985 and 1989
Consumer Protection Act
Financial Services Act 1986
Also does anyone have details of legislation behind finance records for
buildings. Especially for records where there is Exchequer interest?
I've been through the TNA series on Retention Scheduling and they tend to
mention the legislation at the beginning of each booklet, but do not
indicate which legislation is behind which schedule in their examples.
Except for the one on Health & Safety which is exactly what I need.
Thanks
