A Records Manager is required by a pharmaceutical library for a 4-6 month
role initially which could become permanent. The position is a split
between the library and the archive and specifics include establishing and
maintaining an efficient departmental archiving system, managing electronic
archiving systems, day-to-day co-ordination of the Archive Room, ordering
publications, raising invoices and serials management.
Suitable candidates should have experience of document management systems
and documentation practices, knowledge of scientific/medical terminology
and be computer literate.
