Hi
There is an online transcription course offered by UCL © James Au-Yeung & Peter Howell, University College London 1999, 2000 that you might find useful.

They offer some conventions on this page

Subject: Transcription conventions
Hi there,
Is anyone aware of a text which discusses and/or offers advice about how to go
about transcribing qualitative data. I am currently transcribing focus group
data and need to consider how best to represent how to represent pauses,
interruptions, intonation, etc. I realise I could use my own system but want
to see if there are any conventions first.
Thanks,
Anna Scott
