NO Larry
I am not suggesting that at all merely commenting on the definition of disability. Once that is established the adjustments required would depend upon the circumstances of the case

In my case I am covered for daily activities because I also have well
recognised disabilities that do afffect my dexterity, speech, memory and
perception of the risk of physical danger, so there !
However I submit that within the basic postulates of natural justice under
common law, the DDA errs in discriminating between disabilities that can be
constructed with different paradigms of everyday activity and fails to
realise that communication is a funtion of reading and writing these days,
and an extension of cognitive funtion in that respect.
Are you suggesting that people do not have to provide alternative means for
me to fill in forms, because this runs counter to advice I sought and
recieved from the DRC on a previos occasion, that was sufficiently
convincing to those (more than one institution) for whom I asked this
accomodation and recieved it.
