There are two new sources of material available that I am aware of:
_Gendering Disability_, published by Rutgers University Press, 2004, is a
collection of articles on a range of topics; also, the Emory University of
Atlanta, Georgia has a Feminism and Legal Theory project, run by Martha
Fineman, that just held a conference on feminism and legal theory and
disability; it has a set of articles available for $25.00. If you contact
Martha Fineman, you should find it and be able to purchase it.
