Try the PEDDS project:
A project exploring the opportunities and barriers for disabled social work
students undertaking professional practice placements.
They will certainly have done a literature search.

Subject: students with disabilities in school of social
Hi
I'm wondering if anyone has conducted any recent studies on social workers
with disabilities, the requirements for adaptation both in schools of social
work as well as after graduation.
Do students with disabilities in school of social work gets, equal valuable
same/similar field work? How are problems adaptation resolved. courses
rate of graduation, drop out? BSW, MSW etc.,
What about employment, corporation of social work? Unions action reactions?
Are placements and jobs available only in area of disability or is this
profession better equipped than others in the inclusion of colleagues with
disabilities ?
Thanks for yor help.
Maria
