Not sure how you've reached that conclusion, Ray. Surely the paper you've
quoted suggested that immunisation remained inadequate up to 4 days
following vaccination booster, and I quote; "following the study booster
there was no difference between the preboost levels and the levels on days
1 to 4." This would seem to fit with current DoH guidelines which suggest
the following; "Tetanus prone wound: no antitetanus treatment needed unless
risk is thought to be extremely high, for example, contact with manure."
Forgive me if I've misinterpreted you, but am mildly jet-lagged en route to
