The server you mentioned at RAL is THE lcg gridice server. It should show
all LCG cpus modulo the errors that Stephen described. GridICE should
discover sites from the GIIS it uses. I am not sure why only 29 sites are
shown when there should be about 40 in the testzone. One of GridICE's
weaknesses is that it only sees what is there and so is not much good in
alerting you to things that should be there but aren't.
