Hi Richard,
To add to John's comments - there is a working party reviewing 14-19 and a
part of the strategy is to make the same e-learning strategies, materials
and support available to school sixth forms as to colleges post-16. It is
due to report early summer. Since level 1 and 2 NLN materials etc are also
applicable to vocational courses in schools and some 14-16 year olds are
taught in colleges it makes sense to try to include 14-19 where possible.
