Hi,
speaking for RHUL, this would be most welcome.
Copper 1000/100/10 ethernet is perfect.
How many `U's would these machines be?
We already have a 2TB machine suitable for the SE, so using nfs to gain
10% seems not to be worth the effort. However, if you would provide a
machine with the 3ware 7506-12 and swappable drive bays & caddies we would
be interested in having it with a view to filling it ourselves with disks
up to 2GB like our existing machines. Then we await the software support
for multiple SEs to get the true benefit of all these machines.
No problem with the minumum resources.
Cheers,
Simon
