Wales:
CyMAL: Museums, Archives and Libraries Wales came into being on Thursday, 1
April. It is part of the Welsh Asssembly Government and is based in
Aberystwyth. CyMAL will work to support and develop the archive, museum and
library domains in Wales. A press release on the establishment of CyMAL is
