Hi Ben,
What does EOR stand for? I think you're doing the right things with this
patient. What about
fascia lata? Does it need lengthening? Also, I've found several cyclists
with weak glutes &
over-used hams, as well as comparatively weak quads. This pattern can
set up pain in the
joints.
