As mentioned, right sided leads showed elevation from V1R to V6R

Well there is no evidence to suggest any benefit thrombolysing this man,
as all the trial data recruited patients with ECG changes in two
contiguous leads.
Therefore give him aspirin reduce his mortality by half. Repeat his ECG
in 30 mins. You could always do RV leads and see if there is any more
evidence to thrombolyse.
