I am almost clear of the woods now that the IVOA Quantity document has
been made public (don't blame me by the way!). I have still not merged the
AST autoconf branch yet. So I guess that should be my next job. After
that,
I can spend some time on putting other stuff into the new system. Any
suggestions??
