Norman,
The document is impressively detailed but, as someone who has never
looked inside configure systems before it starts off by assuming I know
what you are talking about and where you are going. Any chance of a short
1 or 2 paragraph overview before starting on the details. Something about
how configure works, where all the bits come from and how it fits
together. MAybe with a diagram. Then I'd have an idea why things like
starconf exist.
