This is a request for information. I'm currently undertaking research on
community safety for minority groups in a rural area, and I've found that
current monitoring procedures in local race equality schemes are confined to
performance indicators. This is not very informative in circumstances where
ethnic backgrounds are diverse but relative numbers are limited. Can anyone
point me to examples of race equality schemes that make a commitment to
qualitative monitoring of service delivery?
