Dear Hester,
I have just looked on Europarl's Legislative Observatory
and there has been a report from the EP on 9th Feb. this
year
"The committee adopted the report by Arie OOSTLANDER
(EPP-ED, NL) approving the proposed framework decision
without amendment under the consultation procedure."
I can't get in to PreLex at the moment but it's best to
check there too.
