While I agree with the criticism of the press release, I see no reason to question the motives or sincerity anyone posting to this list. It only serves to intimidate others posting freely to this forum.

Well, Barnes and Priestley have both presented a disingenuous spin on the
announcement. If one checks last month's archives, one will see that
Barnes's first announcement about this book said that same (objectionable)
things about "impairments".
