COOP'04 aims at bringing together researchers who contribute to the
design of cooperative systems and their integration in organizational
settings. The challenge of the conference is to advance on :
- Understanding and modeling cooperative work as mediated by artifacts,
either computational or not ;
- Developing appropriate design methodologies for cooperative work
analysis and cooperative systems design ;
- Developing new technologies supporting cooperation;
- Evaluating cooperative systems and measuring their performance.
