The footprint *should* be what you see on the screen, but it sounds like
it is not. Which peak mode were you using (it will just make it easier to
try and replicate and then fix)? (Setting determined in Crosspeaks -->
"Peak Draw Parameters". The default is "uniform in pixels" but it sounds
like you're using one of the "scaled" options.)
