Yn ôl TermCymru "papurau pleidleisio a gyflwynwyd" ond mi wn fod rhai
cynghorau'n defnyddio termau eraill e.e. "papurau pleidleisio wedi'u
tendro". 'Dwi'n meddwl hwyrach eu bod yn "tendered" am eu bod yn cael
eu "cynnig" i'r pleidleisiwr. Hoffwn wybod p'un mae'r gwahanol gynghorau yn
ei ddefnyddio a hefyd unrhyw farn arall gan aelodau'r Cylch. Mae'n anodd
iawn weithiau ffitio "llond geg o derm" i frawddeg!

11.19 If someone attends a polling station and finds that a vote has
already been cast in their name, the system of tendered votes operates. The
elector is invited to vote on a different coloured ballot paper. This
ballot paper is placed in an envelope and kept separate from the ballot
boxes. Such votes are not counted except where the high court decides that
the ballot paper issued earlier for that voter should be withdrawn and the
tendered vote substituted. This may be because the result is very close and
a candidate believes it is open to question. In that case, a candidate can
apply by electoral petition to the Election Court for a scrutiny of the
result. It is for the Court to decide whether the offending vote should be
struck off and the tendered vote substituted. Any votes substituted in this
way could alter the result of the election.
