Although TST I/O is on the to-do list, and shouldn't be hard
(depending on exactly how robust it should be to varying TST flavours),
it's not present yet. This is mainly because nobody has come and
told me they need one. In contrast, several people asked me to write an
ASCII format parser, so I did that. Come to think of it, the
existing ASCII input handler might even cope with some/most/all TST
tables - try throwing one at TOPCAT and see what happens?

maybe, I'm not familiar with them. Are they web services or what?
