Has anyone any experience in managing electronic records in MS Office
and/or Outlook, as set out in the PRO Toolkit "Good Practice in Managing
Electronic Records using Office '97 on a LAN", please? Was the project
successful and if so, how was the metadata arrived at, particularly in
respect of the coding of multi-level taxonomy data such as GCL and/or LGCL
(LAWS) values. Also, which metadata schema was used, eg Lewisham Schema
(v1.1), e-GMS?
