Basically pt gave a very generalized subjective
assessment.
Doesn't know how to happened, just realized month back
that when shooting in hockey or grasping object with
plam facing down there was no strength, and movt. was
restricted.
In movt. his wrist flexion is limited to 45 degrees,
with pn at the end of movt.
Extension is limited minimally with pain the same
area.
With traction, flexion appears normal with a stretch
pain at the end of movt.
Interesting enough he also has an AC jt sprain, that
he does not recollect the mechanism of injury.
