Research Officer (Maternity cover)
Brighton based with facilities at LSE
Salary: £20,052 pa (FTE)
We are seeking an enthusiastic researcher to cover the Maternity Leave of the Research Officer of the RITE project, an exciting initiative involving young people with complex physical and/or communication needs making the transition from school to Further and Higher Education. You will be responsible for continuing the research into experiences of transition, and evaluating the human and economic costs when these young people are unable to achieve their potential and independent adulthood.
You will be an experienced researcher in a relevant discipline. Good interview and communication skills, together with proven data analysis and IT skills are essential. A good team player, you will be willing to work flexibly and travel throughout the UK.
