The discussions about dc:identifier and URIs has highlighted an oversight
in the model - namely, that the 'resource URI' (the URI of the resource
being described) did not formally appear in the abstract model. It should
have done.
I've put an updated version of the working draft at
http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/dcmi/abstract-model/
The main changes are the addition of 'resource URI' to the DCMI
description model, a one line change to the associated text and some
additional annotation to the examples in the appendices.
I've also corrected the XHTML examples (to bring them into line with the
XHTML encoding recommendation) and added a table of contents.
Regards,
Andy
