With all due respect Adam, this is pure
unadulterated spam. While the liberal end of
health economics undoubtedly has interests in
health equity, it is as inappropriate for you to
send a flyer about this health economics
conference to this list as it is for me to send
one about the Faculty of Public Health's annual
conference or any other such generic affair. I
trust you agree and that this practice will cease
forthwith!
