As far as I have seen, each volume of The Listener was bound biannually (or quarterly, I can't remember), and an index is in almost each of those individually, with a fairly idiosyncratic method of listing. Different headings are given for "television", "radio", "talks", but the person you are looking for could also be just under their name, or under headings like "Misc." I haven't looked at the Caversham index (it might be different), but copies of the Listener sent to libraries all are indexed this way. Hope this helps
