I'm sorry I missed the start of this thread so can't comment on the factual
scenario originally posied; but the law is clear that "significant harm" can
include other types of harm as well as physical harm. Fiona's statement, "As
long as the father is not actually physically assaulting the children..."
has the ring of bitter experience about it, but doesn't represent the law.
