Because I'm working in France (CPPM Marseille) this year, and the advice
from the UK e-Science CA as to how I get a UK e-Science signed cert was
that I can't, and that I should just apply for one from CNRS.

Thanks. I'll contact her directly. It is funny that the problem is on
marianne. It sits about 20 feet away from me.
