Would it be possible to add a table of contents to it and have frag
id's for the different headers?
In appendix D the XHTML examples that have values that are URIs use
meta elements:
<meta name="DC.relation"
content="http://example.org/another-test/" />
Where as in the proposed XHTML encoding document using a link
element is suggested:
<link rel="DC.relation" href="http://www.example.org/" />
Is there a reason behind this?
