I use SMS batch sending software in the locum123 software and it has
significant advantages over other communication methods that have already
been discussed.
You need to use a reliable UK portal to send the text messages - delivery
from foreign companies can be below 90%. There are a couple of UK companies
that already provide emergency SMS services with extreme reliability (>99.9%
delivery).
Of course, as already mentioned, you can't be sure the phone is on and the
person can use it (or notices it has arrived).
Usually you use an online form if you want confirmation that your messages
have been sent.
I'm not going to give out trade secrets on the internet, so if you want more
info contact me directly!
