AFAIK, neither OAI nor DCMI provides such an XML schema at present.
It would be trivial to create a new schema that provides a container for
multiple Dublin Core metadata descriptions, with each description using
the same XML structural conventions as oai_dc. Having said that (it
seems to me) the format described by that new schema would no longer be
oai_dc, because I think strictly speaking the "metadata format" (in
OAI-PMH terms) known as oai_dc is by definition a format for
representing a metadata record containing a _single_ Dublin Core
metadata description (i.e. a description of a single resource).
I'm not an OAI-PMH expert but I'm not really sure I can see where such a
multi-record container schema would fit as part of the OAI-PMH (the
ListRecords response format has its own container structures
"built-in"), so there's probably no reason for OAI to define one?
In the DCMI context, there is some work in progress looking at
formalising an "abstract model" for DC metadata [1]. That models a
"record" as multiple "descriptions", so I can imagine that might lead to
some further work on extending the DCMI-supplied XML Schemas at some
point in the future (but I'm largely speculating there).
I'm not sure whether SRW
http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/zing/srw/background.html
might provide such a schema?
If not, for the short-term at least, I suggest you go ahead and create a
suitable schema for your application that imports the oai_dc.xsd schema?
