An interesting article in today's education guardian about the closing down
of the e-university - not least the comment that part of its failure was
due to its decision to develop its own learning platform, rather than get
an off the shelf one. I'm sure there were other reasons too, possibly to do
with marketing, but maybe this particular one is a lesson for us all!
The whole project was £62 million. Anybody know how much of that was spent
on the learning platform?
