Colleagues,
I am currently researching the use of real-time passenger information
systems and I was wondering could anyone direct me to any research
quantifying either willingness to pay amounts or time savings obtained from
any of the following methods of information delivery.
- Mobile Phone (SMS/Text message)
- Real time passenger information displays (at stop)
- The use of journey planners on the internet
- Call centres
I would appreciate any information anyone has.
